Health and sustainability are my passions and I love creating and sharing new ways to live more responsibly without all of the chemicals and waste we currently have in our society. To take my passion a step further I decided to open a small organic and natural home and body shop on Etsy called Crunchy Granola Mamas (named after the blog :))

I source only the best supplies and purchase organic whenever it is available. All of my products are made with basic ingredients that you can pronounce: Coconut Oil, Essential Oils, Almond Oil, Shea Butter etc… Most of my recipes are based on products I have been making for myself and my family for the last few years. I am always creating new products and test them extensively in my own home before selling to you. The great part is that will all natural and safe ingredients, I don’t ever have to worry about causing harm to myself or my family, I just test for effectiveness!
